This collection will contain 4 plants of the smaller Asiatic and/or European species primulas. These are suited to the rock garden, troughs and planters in cool shaded conditions. They never want to dry out and give a lovely display of flowers during April and May depending on type. All flower at about one foot in height (30cm). They self seed and are easily raised from saved seed. The selection will depend on what we have available. The picture shows PP bellidifolia, watsonii, cockburniana (yellow form) and maximowiczii. Actual selection may vary from this depending on our stock levels. Plants are supplied ex. pots but will a root-ball and are of flowering size. They can be potted or planted upon arrival at almost any time but drought should be avoided unless water can be supplied.
